Get into the upcoming Rugby World Cup spirit at our family friendly end of season family social.
Wear your country of choice team colours and enjoy an evening of great food and togetherness as we head to the close off the 2023 season.
Meal tickets only $10 per person, includes one plate of any selection of the dishes available on the chef tables. Main meal and dessert.
$5 Kids meal package includes sausage sizzle, crisps, drink and treat.
Cooking team members that cooks a dish for more than 8 people will receive four complimentary meal tickets.
Bring your chairs and picnic blankets and find a seat to watch our senior Roodogs play their last home games of the season.
3:20pm Juniors form longest tunnel of the season to welcome Premier Grade to the field
5pm - 6pm Kids meals served | Adults Happy Hour @ The Kennel
6pm - 7pm Main meals buffet open with long table seating in marquee.
7pm Voting close and ballots counted
7:15pm People’s Choice Award - for best main dish of the night

Each region will be represented by a table of food prepared by a group of volunteers, enough to feed a minimum of 20 people.

Note to Chef Teams:
Your Head Chef is your team coordinator. They will work with the team to finalise the menu, ensuring the team caters for at least 20 people (excluding themselves) offering at least 2 mains and one dessert.
Cook at home or at the club during the afternoon. Start cooking and/or setting up anytime during the afternoon. The chef tables (for serving) will be set up under the patio square in front of the club. All cooking equipment, and means to keep dishes warm, need to be provided by the teams. The canteen kitchen will not be available for use. The chef table serving area has power and leads will be provided to extend plug ins for appliances.
The team will be dishing up for patrons as they pass through the World Cup Kitchen buffet style. Please dish up small portions for first rounds to ensure everyone gets to taste as many dishes as possible.
