Traditional* XV aside for all genders and ability
*Modified XV aside rules for Juniors younger than 13 years of age
The winter season typically follows term two and three in the school year. First round of competition is anticipated to commence at end of April, with the season then running through to September.
Pre-season training is optional for juniors and commence mid-February at our home grounds at Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex, 20 Spectators Drive, Madeley.
What you need.
Wanneroo Shorts and Socks, available from our store
Mouthguard is mandatory to train and play
Rugby boots are required for traction
Headgear and shoulder pads are optional
Playing jerseys are provided by the club and are required to be returned at the end of the season through your Manager.
How to be season ready
Register for Training only
Join the pre-season training that kicks off mid February and give your team the best chance to be their best this season. Pre-season training is optional. For all pre-season info and how to register, click here
Connect with your coach
Team allocations occurs in April so as to provide each team to train together for a number of weeks before the competition starts. Some age groups may elect to form teams earlier but it will be at the discretion of the Head Coach. You can find your coach here
Get your kit ready
Wanneroo Shorts and Socks are available from our store. Ensure you have a mouthguard, rugby boots, headgear and shoulder pads (optional) and remember your water bottle. Playing jersey is provided by the club and are required to be returned at the end of the season through your Team Manager.
